Following the completion of forward work by Innovest Construction to the Caves House site at Yallingup, work will begin later this month on an expansive $8 million luxury accommodation extension.

 

This project by Seashells Hospitality Group is another stage of a major restoration and redevelopment project for the south-west icon, which began with an art deco makeover of the original building in 2005.

 

Designed by Colliere Menkins Pickwell Architects, the new buildings will comprise 36 two bedroom units over three storeys and will be built using tilt-panel construction. A completion date has been set for the summer of 2007.
