The Innovest Construction built Regency Beach Club apartments, on the waterfront at Gifford Rd in Dunsborough, was awarded the south-west Master Builders Association top award for multi-residential housing developments over $1 million on Saturday night.
Managing Director Christine Pidgeon said the win was a huge coup for her company, which has long been recognised for its wineries and luxury homes, but not its multi-residential housing.
"The Regency Beach Club apartments are luxuriously appointed and a great blend of modern design with premium grade materials. The project is an example of how Innovest Construction maintains quality and attention to detailin all its projects," said Christine.
Innovest Construction was responsible for the design development of an original architect concept. The Regency Beach Club apartments are a contemporary set of luxury three storey apartments. The complex comprises 16 apartments, or eight duplex lots.
Each apartment boasts vast ocean views from the open plan kitchens through to the dining and living areas and outside to the expansive timber decked entertaining areas.
Construction of the Regency Beach Club apartments involved disciplined project management and construction practise, along with relentless attention to detail.
Innovest Construction acknowledges and thanks all its subcontractors to this project.
