With the demolition of the existing Surfside buildings in Yallingup due to commence in June 2006, this will make way for the $6 million new construction of eight two-storey townhouses, plus retail and restaurant facilities.

 

Designed by architect Hindley and Associates for developer Silverlan Enterprises, this project demonstrates the growth in tourist related projects in the south-west. This project enables Innovest to build on its good track record in unit development and premier residential-style projects. It is due for completion in the third quarter of 2007.
