Innovest has been awarded construction of the $6 million Injidup Lodge, located at the secluded beach at Injidup Bay in the Yallingup region. The lodge will have ten guest houses and central amenities comprising day spa and dining facilities.

 

Architecturally designed by Castle Rock Logistics for developer Yallingup Holdings, the project commences on site in May 2006 for completion in May 2007.

 

This will be a challenging construction project given the sensitive nature of the site and restricted construction area. It will provide Innovest Construction with the opportunity to showcase its experience and ability in concrete construction, given the inclusion of textured pre-cast wall panels in the design.
