A multi-award winning Yallingup beach house built by Innovest Construction received the State-wide MBA award for Best Regional Home 2006 at an awards evening held 11 March at the Perth Hyatt hotel.

 

The Best Regional Home Award is selected from the winners of regional MBA competitions conducted in all major areas of WA - the South West, Great Southern, Mid and North West and the Goldfields. Entries are judged on the quality of building work and craftsmanship by a panel of registered builders.

 

MBA South West manager Amanda Young said the standard of homes in the category was very high. "It proves the quality of Innovest's work is second to none," she said.

 

Innovest Construction's director Henry Kusal said the win reflected the hard work of his staff and sub-contractors.

 

The win makes the TAG Architects-designed home the most awarded regional house in Western Australia over the last year.
