Robbie joined Innovest Construction in March 2004 to further the company's excellent construction management record. Starting his career in carpentry and joinery, Robbie became a Foreman/Carpenter in the mid-nineties for projects such as the Perth Mint refurbishment, Presbyterian Ladies College, Margaret River Hospital and Warren Anderson's residence in Eagle Bay. He ran a successful building company based in York, WA, before taking on the role of Construction Manager for the Inner City Building Company, where he managed construction of a $26 million complex, comprising 115 apartments. |

Christine joined Innovest Construction from Patersons Securities (previously Paterson Ord Minnett), following a ten year career in the financial industry. The depth of her business management and accounting experience is evident in the improved processes and systems at Innovest Construction, where her primary role is the efficient running of the office and special projects. Her practical experience, along with an inherent knowledge of the building industry, contributes to Innovest Construction's focus on excellence and innovation. |

As a project engineer for Thiess Pty Ltd and Multiplex Constructions UK Limited, Matt honed his skills in design, construction and project engineering for large civil and construction engineering projects. At Innovest, Matt ensures all project aspects on site are handled professionally and safely. His strengths are staff management, forecasting, cost monitoring and control, quality assurance, on site liaison with all parties and safety. Matt's ability to meet engineering, architectural and client specifications and deadlines is recognised by all who work with him. |

Henry Kusal was the founding director of Innovest Construction. Unfortunately Henry passed away in September 2009 after a short fight with Mesothelioma. Henry spent 40 years of his life in the Construction Industry and has left his mark on numerous projects such as Xanadu Wines, Howard Park, Watershed Winery and Laurance Winery. He will always be a part of Innovest Construction and has left the legacy to his children Robert and Christine who will carry on the business. We love you and miss you heaps - Robbie and Christine. |
