Claiming unrivalled experience as both builder and project manager,
Innovest Construction is a one stop shop for Winery design and construction.
With our administration located in the heart of the Margaret
River wine region, Innovest Construction staff have constant access to the
winemaking process resulting in a thorough understanding of
winery design and its practical applications.
Where necessary, Innovest Construction can assist clients with the preparation
of a thorough feasibility study for the development of new wineries,
including site selection, project budgets, construction costs
and equipment schedules.
The team at Innovest Construction combine their extensive experience in winery
design and construction with associated consultants in the fields
of effluent waste management, structural engineering, hydraulic
and electrical engineering and winery equipment suppliers.
Innovest Construction has successfully completed all winery projects on schedule
allowing the winemaking process to proceed smoothly at vintage.
Award winning projects have included Howard Park Wines, designed
by Jones Coulter Young and Xanadu Wines, designed by Robert
Cann. Other notable projects are Barossa Valley Estate SA, Millbrook
Winery Jarradale and BRL Hardy Wines Nannup. More recently Innovest Construction has completed the construction of Watershed Winery, Thompson Estate Tastings Facility and the Laurance
barrel store.
