Project: Seashells Caves House

This luxury accomodation built for the Seashells Hospitality Group is comprised of three buildings and thirty six self contained one and two bedroom units.
 
Originally built in 1905, the present Caves House was rebuilt in 1938 and is now a heritage listed hotel. The New Bedroom Wing only helps expand the already idyllic retreats facilities and services and was completed in time for the Christmas holiday season 07'.
 
This method of construction was predominantly concrete tilt-up, utilizing some 90 panels. Caves House New Bedroom Wing is just another example of Innovest Construction's ability to perform at the highest standard.

Project: Injidup Lodge
Location: Injidup Bay, Yallingup

Injidup Lodge was designed by Castle Rock Logistics in conjunction with the client whose goal was to create a premier tourism facility which would be recognized as a spectacular feature of the south west. Particular attention was given to creating a low visual impact coastal development.
 
Injidup Lodge comprises 10 Guest Houses, a central facilities with day spa and dining facilities. Primarily concrete tilt panel construction, the buildings also include textured pre-cast wall panels. The project reached practical completion in February 08'.

Project: Surfside

Surfside Apartments resides next to Yallingup's famous main break in the heart of the Yallingup town site. Designed by Hindley & Associates, this premier tourism facility is comprised of 9 Townhouses and a restaurant/retail section.
 
Extensive brickwork and concrete construction was carried out to this project and furthers Innovest's great track record in unit development and high quality residential projects.

Project: Regency Beach Club
Location: Dunsborough, WA

This managed short stay resort comprises ten townhouses with ocean facing balconies. The structural steel frame incorporates timber studwork and accoustically treated timber flooring. The living area has feature blackbut timber flooring. The exterior is clad with cedar weatherboards, painted shadow-clad colorbond mini-orb and colorbond roofing.

Project: Busselton Jetty Interpretative Centre

This unique project consisted of a timber frame structure built on timber piles adjoining the historic Busselton Jetty at a point some 100 meters for the shoreline.
