This project was designed by Castle Rock Logistics in conjunction with the client whose goal was to create a custom made wine processing facility whist matching up to an existing cellar door facility. Thompson Estate is located on Harman’s South Road, within the Margaret River Wine Region. Innovest Construction had previously built the Thompson Estate Cellar Door which was acclaimed with an excellence in precast concrete award at the 2005 South West Master Builders Awards. The purpose made building houses a wine processing and fermentation cellar.

This project was designed by Innovest Construction in conjunction with the management from Busselton Toyota. The goal was to create a custom made Reconditioning Vehicle centre with a fit off facility for new vehicles. It also included an itemised new vehicle storage area. The development included additional tilt up walls with colour bond clad structural steel framework. The administration facilities were renovated to house offices, lunchroom and bathroom facilities for staff.

This project was designed by Phil Meynart Architects in conjunction with our office staff. Our goal was to create a custom made construction office facility which would display some of our concrete techniques on the façade. The development includes 4 units of varying sizes from 144 m2 to 176m2 with 2 classified as service industry units (Commonage frontage) and 2 classified as warehousing units. The new office is situated on Commonage Road in the Enterprise Park Light Industrial Area of Dunsborough. Particular attention was given to the concrete finish on the façade to achieve an eye catching feature that resonated with our prominent position onto Commonage Road.

This project was designed and built by Innovest Construction for the Busselton Volunteer Marine Rescue purpose built headquaters facility. With 'safety at sea' their core function, a viewing tower and modern headquaters were paramount in the design. Predominantly constructed of concrete tilt panels, this project further enforces Innovest's versatility in its construction projects. This Tuscan-style concrete tilt-up cellar door building includes a tasting room, class one commercial kitchen, barrel store, staff offices and amenities. It features extensive use of local materials including local jarrah, granite and limestone, as well as special products like clay barrel roof tiles imported from Italy and timber from the Woolamaloo wharves in Sydney. The Laurance Cellar opened to the public late in September 2006, proving a spectacular addition to the South-West's wine and tourism attractions. Included in this third stage of the school's construction are eight modern classrooms joined by two state-of-the-art technology laboratories and a functional library. This managed short stay resort comprises ten townhouses with ocean facing balconies. The structural steel frame incorporates timber studwork and accoustically treated timber flooring. The living area has feature blackbut timber flooring. The exterior is clad with cedar weatherboards, painted shadow-clad colorbond mini-orb and colorbond roofing. This architecturally designed retail premises is in its third stage of development. Covering 2400 sqm, the design features concrete tilt construction and extensive use of colorbond materials. Innovest carried out two stages of the school's construction, winning both contracts at tender. The main buildings featured rammed earth walls with a steel roof. Both conatracts were carried out while the school was in operation requiring particular attention to safety issues on site.

Backing on to the Port Geographe canals, each of these six units has a double carport and jetty access. The three bedroom, two bathroom homes are a rendered brick and colorbond roof construction with engineered limestone retaining walls. Environmentally conscious landscaping takes into account the salt water environment.

This Thermomass CA store is intended for the storage of 10,000 bins of apples at a temperature of 0-2 degrees Celsius. Each of the eight rooms has to be gas tight as the fruit is stored in nitrogen under pressure. The building has a hollow core concrete roof with insulation and metal decking.
