"The standard and quality of completed work has been good and maintained across all trades.  We completed numerous site inspections to assess concrete set-ups for foundations, floor and walls and further fullowing structural steel installation and were impressed with the standard of work for the structural components of the building."     Dean Smith, Director

I take this opportunity to congratulate Innovest for successfully completing our Stage 4 Building project on time and within budget. The timely delivery upon completion was particularly satisfying, as it enabled the School to landscape and fit out prior to the start of the School term.

I commend you and your team for the professional approach taken and the sound project management skills exhibited throughout the project. The willingness of Innovest to work closely with the School and its architect resulted in rapid resolution of issues and the achievement of the best possible outcomes. The quality of construction and the level of finish provides the School with facilities of which it can be justifiably proud.

On behalf of Georgiana Molloy Anglican School I thank you for your commitment to delivering a wonderful product.

In my position as Superintendent for the construction of the new Garden Wing at Seashells Resort Yallingup, with the construction cost being over $ 8,600,000, I have found our dealings with Innovest Construction over the last 1.5 years to be a pleasure.

Innovest have been above satisfactory in many areas such as their standard of workmanship and organisational abilities. At all times I have found Innovest to be cooperative to deal with and have found all variations and claims of job costings to be fair and reasonable.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Innovest as your choice of builder in any type of construction.

Innovest Construction have recently completed the first stage of a high profile project in Yallingup being the Surfside Tourist Development.

The project was won on a competitive tender and during the pricing and contract negotiation period Innovest were fair and honest and their office staff provided full cooperation and quick responses at all times.

The project was professionally planned and this programming was generally adhered to given the tight timeframe of 18 months for construction and building through the winter months.

The site was well organised and attention to safety was a prime consideration. The on site and office staff were always available and only too happy to assiste in additional information required or making last minute adjustments to the building as the construction proceeded.

The outcome of the final building displayed a high level of workmanship and has been well received by the client. Innovest were happy to work in with the clients decor consultants and real estate team which would have added an extra burden to the onsite organisation and dealt fairly with various requests.

We would be happy to work with the Innovest team on future projects and can recommend them as a builder of high quality and committed to the job at hand.

“ About 2 years ago we were looking at building a warehouse to store packaged goods. The original specification was for a Bondor walled building.

Innovest put in a non conforming quote for the composite wall system. As little was known about the system in WA we did some research and considered it would be a good way to go for several reasons.

Firstly, we were guaranteed a 40% reduction in compressor requirements.

Secondly, concrete is much more durable and finally you end up with more usable floor space as there are no colums internally and no need for safety rails to protect the walls from forklift damage.

After two years the building met all the expectations and when we needed to construct a second and much larger warehouse for barrels we had no hesitation in using the composite Thermomass System. In fact we did not even consider any other alternatives.”

“ The biggest advantage I have noticed is the temperature stability in the winery.

It is an obvious advantage from a wine quality point of view, but also winery tanks do not need to be insulated to maintain a stable temperature. The barrel room is very stable in temperature. We have data loggers monitoring the temperature. From the trend line on the graph, the cooling is coming on once in a 24 hour period. This is to drop the temperature by 2 degrees from 15 to 13.

In concluding, I thoroughly recommend the Thermomass building design for wineries. The advantages with insulation and constant temperatures are ideal for a winery environment. “
