To Henry Kusal

I take this opportunity to congratulate Innovest for successfully completing our Stage 2 Building Project on time and within budget. The timely delivery upon completion was particularly satisfying, as it enabled the School to landscape and fit out prior to the start of the 2005 school year.

I commend you and your team for the professional approach taken and the sound project management skills exhibited throughout the project. The willingness of Innovest to work closely with the School and its architect resulted in rapid resolution of issues and the achievement of the best possible outcomes. . .

The quality of construction and the level of finish provides the School with facilities of which it can be justifiably proud . . .

“ About 2 years ago we were looking at building a warehouse to store packaged goods. The original specification was for a Bondor walled building.

Innovest put in a non conforming quote for the composite wall system. As little was known about the system in WA we did some research and considered it would be a good way to go for several reasons.

Firstly, we were guaranteed a 40% reduction in compressor requirements.

Secondly, concrete is much more durable and finally you end up with more usable floor space as there are no colums internally and no need for safety rails to protect the walls from forklift damage.

After two years the building met all the expectations and when we needed to construct a second and much larger warehouse for barrels we had no hesitation in using the composite Thermomass System. In fact we did not even consider any other alternatives.”

“ The biggest advantage I have noticed is the temperature stability in the winery.

It is an obvious advantage from a wine quality point of view, but also winery tanks do not need to be insulated to maintain a stable temperature. The barrel room is very stable in temperature. We have data loggers monitoring the temperature. From the trend line on the graph, the cooling is coming on once in a 24 hour period. This is to drop the temperature by 2 degrees from 15 to 13.

In concluding, I thoroughly recommend the Thermomass building design for wineries. The advantages with insulation and constant temperatures are ideal for a winery environment. “
